Guard-Line Machine Enclosures & Perimeter Fence Guarding  

MayTec® extrusions form the basis of all our purpose built enclosures or modular guarding panels.  Where more complex structures are required we can either build to your specification or offer a complete service where we instigate a site visit, discuss your requirements and produce a solution in the form of a quotation outlining our proposal.  Where standard fencing or perimeter guarding is required we have a standard range of mesh panels, posts and panel attachments allowing quick and easy assembly of modular sections (see specification data).  Robot Cells are a clear example of this type of construction.

StandAlone Audio Racking System

Designed and built in-house, the StandAlone racking system utilises all the technology found in the MayTec® profile system and evolved from our involvement with the electronics and aeronautical industry during which our development with isolating sensitive electronic components gave rise to the StandAlone product.  Taking the methods applied to isolate various equipment, it was adapted to individual shelves and integrated into a MayTec® frame.  The resulting construction means each individual shelf is isolated from the frame itself.  A shelf load rating of 80Kg will accommodate most audio equipment with the option of cable management and further isolation on the frame foot base.

Material Handling and Modula Conveyor Transfer Systems.

MayTec® modular conveyor systems are arguably one of the best engineered and manufactured solutions for light and medium weight material handling applications in today's market. MayTec® have combined numerous facets of current conveyor applications and produced a simple, robust and extremely flexible concept to tackle most of industries demands. With a range of different profile sizes, belt & drive combinations the modular conveyor system can be quickly assembled easily maintained and parts recycled when different conveyor configurations are required, thus making it very cost effective. The modular concept has also been carried over into to rollers themselves with special extrusions and parts produced to match the corresponding profile sections making conventional roller manufacturing a thing of the past.

Using recognised motor/gearbox units such as SEW, Bonfiglioni and AMG a unique patented flange design allow quick assembly and disassembly of the unit to the conveyor drive.

Tables are sized in accordance with commercially available board products and provides a powerful and accurate cutting solution with flexibility to accommodate various materials and thicknesses.
